So quite a few drivers are ignoring the tanker in favour of hauling other peoples trailers. Possibly the best trailer for a driver is the one that can take the biggest variety of loads, rather than the loads that pay highest. The two most versatile trailers in my opinion are the dry/insulated van or trailers that can carry containers. Foxwanderr. Hello, I encounter for the moment a problem at level 54. I have23 sites and 115 Trucks. For the moment I have only 113 drivers. No drivers are left to hire. Did anyone encounter the same issue? Is there a workaraound to get more drivers to hire? I have more than 2.6m€ available but it does not make any sense to buy more trucks as no drivers are available. Any feedback is welcome
How long has that driver been working for you, some take longer than others to level up. Then go to job center, and hire the driver you want a place the driver in the free slot in your garage. Also remember to buy a truck to the driver and put that truck in the same slot as your new driver. After that, you don't need to do more the driver will automaticly find jobs to do.
I can see the benefit of being able to fast travel to a garage, although I've never done so in more than a thousand hours of driving in ETS2, and being able to change trailers in a variety of locations strikes me as a good reason to have garages scattered around the map (and is something I've taken advantage of when looking for hard to find jobs).

You most likely reached the maximum number of drivers you can hire. (I think 276 or something like that) yep i have gotsomething about that amount, but before with each new dlc SCS added new set of drivers. Also amount of available garage slots much more than amount of available drivers. Yes, something like that.
I have 150 drivers employed, but every time I visit Job.Net offices (either online or at their office) there are no drivers available and it says "Please come back tomorrow". Is there a limit to how many I can hire?
